No exchanges UNLESS item received is defective.*

Refunds

All sales are final with no refund unless an item is received & defective upon receipt.

Sale items

No items can be refunded.

EXCHANGE*

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {fitrichmom@gmail.com} within 7 days of receipt to initiate a replacement of the same item. You will be required to return the defective item.
